You are not ok if something is bothering you. The thought and/or trigger is there for a reason. You are so used to saying I’m ok that you skip these signs. They become continuous but you are only aware when the season changes or you hear a specific song. Maybe you smelled a specific fragrance that reminded you of a time, place, or person.
You are going in cycles. This will continue if you don’t pay attention to the trigger. Triggers can trip you up and cause major stalling in your “Now What” progress. Take a moment and spend some time catching up with who means the most to you. “YOU”. It won’t be that bad but a fall could be worst. Falls come with anger, frustration, fear, unforgiveness, and resentment.
